First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looked at 211 adults with long-standing inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) to see which colonoscopy method finds precancerous growths better: high-definition white light or dye spraying. Both are standard techniques used during screening. The goal was to learn which approach detects more abnormal tissue, helping doctors choose the best screening method for IBD patients.
