Summary
This study compares two ways of connecting the intestine during a type of weight-loss surgery called SADI-S. About 82 adults having this surgery will be randomly assigned to either a hand-sewn or stapled connection. The goal is to see which method leads to fewer early problems like leaks, bleeding, or narrowing at the connection site.
