Summary
This study tested an experimental injection called GZR18 in 340 Chinese adults who are obese or overweight. The goal was to see if it helps with weight loss over 30 weeks compared to a placebo. Participants also followed a stable diet and exercise plan. The results will show how much weight people lost and if the treatment is safe.
