Summary
This study tests a 12-session group therapy program for active duty military personnel who have recent suicidal thoughts or a recent suicide attempt. The therapy teaches coping skills and emotion regulation to reduce suicide risk. Researchers will compare it to a longer standard treatment to see if it works just as well.
