Summary
This study will offer shared medical appointments (group visits) for obesity treatment to over 140,000 patients across 56 Cleveland Clinic primary care practices. About 3,600 adults aged 20-75 with a BMI of 30 or higher will take part. The goal is to see if offering these group visits as part of routine care helps patients lose weight and improve health.
