Summary

This study looks at how amino acids (building blocks of protein) affect the release of glucagon and insulin compared to sugar alone. Researchers will test 30 adults who are healthy, have type 2 diabetes, or are obese. The goal is to better understand these hormone responses, not to provide a treatment.
