Summary
This study looked at whether a GLP-1 drug (a type of medication that helps control appetite) can reduce cravings, hunger, stress, and weight in people with obesity. 96 adults with a BMI between 30 and 49.9 took part. The drug was compared to a placebo to see if it helped them eat less and feel less stressed about food.
