Massive global registry aims to predict heart damage from cancer therapy

This study is a worldwide registry that follows 5,000 adults with breast cancer, blood cancers, or those on immune checkpoint inhibitors. Researchers collect medical records, lab results, and imaging to identify who is at risk for heart problems during or after cancer treatment. No new treatments are given; the goal is to learn and create risk scores to improve future care.
