First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a precise, non-invasive radiation treatment (frameless virtual cone radiosurgery) to reduce severe tremors in people with essential tremor or Parkinson's disease who cannot have deep brain stimulation. About 40 participants will receive a single focused dose of radiation to a small part of the brain. The goal is to see if this safely improves tremor and daily function.
