First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) can safely reduce severe diarrhea or colon inflammation caused by immune-checkpoint inhibitors in people with genitourinary and other cancers. About 40 participants will receive FMT and be monitored for side effects and symptom improvement within two weeks. The goal is to ease treatment-related gut problems without interfering with cancer therapy.
