This study tested a new exercise device called FitMi AD in 31 people with mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia from Alzheimer's. The device uses sensors to track movements while users follow exercises shown on a computer screen. Researchers measured improvements in balance, walking speed, and leg strength, as well as changes in pain levels.
