Summary

This study looked at how wearing full firefighter protective gear changes the quality of chest compressions during CPR. 38 healthy firefighters performed 12 minutes of CPR in teams, switching every 1 or 2 minutes. The goal was to see which interval leads to better compression depth and technique.
