Summary

This study looks at whether eating fermented foods like yogurt, sauerkraut, and kimchi can increase the variety of good bacteria in the gut and help ease long COVID symptoms such as fatigue, depression, and anxiety. About 40 adults with long COVID will track their food intake and provide stool samples to measure changes in their gut microbiome. The goal is to see if a simple diet change can improve how people feel after a COVID infection.
