Summary
This study tests whether a structured mindfulness program can reduce stress, ease Long COVID symptoms, and improve quality of life. Adults with Long COVID will be randomly assigned to start the program right away or after an 8-week wait. All participants continue their usual medical care and complete online surveys over 6 months.
