Summary
This trial tests whether combining a gentle electrical brain stimulation technique called tDCS with a computer-based cognitive training program can ease the thinking and memory problems that some people experience after COVID-19. About 38 adults with long COVID-related cognitive difficulties will be randomly assigned to receive either active tDCS or a sham (inactive) version during their training sessions. Over five weeks, participants will attend 15 one-hour sessions. The study will measure changes in decision-making, rule-based learning, everyday executive function, and quality of life.
