Summary
This study looks at tiny particles called extracellular vesicles in the cord blood of extremely premature babies (born before 28 weeks). Researchers want to see if these particles can help predict serious problems like brain bleeding, lung injury, or death. The goal is to find early warning signs so doctors can provide better care. The study will collect cord blood from 30 babies and analyze the particles in a lab.
