NCT ID NCT07424326

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study compares two ablation procedures for people with persistent atrial fibrillation (AF), a heart rhythm problem. Half of the 450 participants will get standard treatment (isolating the pulmonary veins), while the other half will get extra ablation lines in the heart. The goal is to see which approach better prevents AF from coming back over 12 months.
