Summary

This study aims to understand if a specific type of high-intensity interval training can help release vitamin D that is stored in body fat. Researchers will enroll 30 adults who are overweight or obese and do not take vitamin D supplements. The goal is to see if this exercise can improve vitamin D levels during winter without requiring participants to lose weight.
