This study tests whether a short burst of aerobic exercise on a stationary bike and a 30-minute nap can improve how people with multiple sclerosis learn and remember a hand motor skill. Twenty adults with relapsing-remitting MS will take part. Researchers will measure brain and muscle activity to see if these simple interventions enhance motor rehabilitation.
