This study follows 180 people with early relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS) to understand why some experience disability progression even without relapses. Researchers will use MRI scans, eye tests, and blood biomarkers to see if they can predict this type of progression. The goal is to help doctors identify at-risk patients earlier and tailor treatment more effectively.
