NCT ID NCT07302191
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looked at how two different exercise programs—high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and a mix of endurance and strength training—affect health in obese women after menopause. 45 women were split into three groups: HIIT, combined training, or no exercise. After 12 weeks, both exercise groups showed improvements in body composition, heart health markers, and oxidative stress. The study suggests that both types of exercise can help manage health risks in this group.
