Summary

This study looks at two different exercise plans for veterans with moderate Parkinson's disease. One group will exercise a lot for one week each month and rest the other three weeks, while the other group exercises every week without breaks. Researchers will measure walking speed, daily activity levels, and blood markers to see which approach works better.
