First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at how two different exercise programs—moderate steady walking versus short bursts of brisk walking—affect a protein called Sestrin-2 and overall heart health in women with obesity and high blood pressure. About 42 women aged 30-65 will follow an 8-week exercise plan. The goal is to learn which type of exercise better reduces inflammation and improves fitness, helping doctors give better exercise advice.
