NCT ID NCT07370363
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at how two different exercise programs affect a protein called Sestrin-2, which is linked to inflammation and metabolism, in women with obesity and high blood pressure. About 42 women aged 30-65 will do either moderate steady exercise or brisk interval exercise for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in Sestrin-2 levels, fitness, and other heart health markers to learn which exercise type may be better.
