Can a walk or a gym workout, plus mediterranean diet, fight inflammation from fatty liver?
NCT ID NCT06186869
Summary
This study aims to see if adding exercise to a healthy Mediterranean diet is better than diet alone for reducing body-wide inflammation in adults with obesity and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Researchers will compare two different exercise programs—outdoor walking and high-intensity gym training—over four months. The goal is to find the best lifestyle combination to manage these conditions and improve overall health.
