First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a combination of a structured exercise program and a plant-based anti-inflammatory diet (the New Nordic Diet) can improve quality of life for people with mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis. Sixty participants will follow the training and diet plan, and their progress will be measured using a standard knee pain and function questionnaire. The goal is to find a non-drug way to manage symptoms and reduce inflammation.
