This study looks at whether adding esketamine to standard fibromyalgia treatments can reduce pain more quickly and effectively. About 92 adults with fibromyalgia who haven't gotten enough relief from other treatments will take part. Researchers will compare pain levels between those getting standard care alone and those getting standard care plus esketamine.
