Summary

This study compares two self-management programs (UPLIFT and PACES) against usual care for adults with epilepsy. Researchers will track depression symptoms, quality of life, and seizures over 12 months in 108 participants. The goal is to see if these programs help people manage their condition better and feel less depressed.
