First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new combination of the drug entinostat plus standard chemotherapy for people with advanced bladder cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery and has not responded to first-line treatment. About 29 participants will receive the combination to see if it can shrink tumors and control the disease. The goal is to find a better second-line option for this hard-to-treat cancer.
