Summary

This study tests two minimally invasive procedures, EndoZip and Apollo ESG, to help people with obesity lose weight. Participants are adults aged 21-65 with a BMI of 30-50 who have not succeeded with non-surgical methods. Both procedures reshape the stomach using an endoscope, followed by diet and behavior changes, and the study measures weight loss after 12 months.
