Could a diabetes drug help heart failure patients after valve surgery?

Summary
This study tests whether a drug called enavogliflozin can prevent major heart problems or worsening heart failure in people who have had a heart valve replacement (TAVR) and still have heart failure. About 1,040 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, in addition to standard care. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces the chance of death, heart attack, stroke, or hospitalization for heart failure over one year.
