Summary
This study tests whether giving a special life-support machine (ECMO) at the scene of a cardiac arrest helps more people survive than waiting until they reach the hospital. About 90 adults under 70 who have a witnessed heart attack and receive bystander CPR will be included. The goal is to see if starting ECMO sooner improves survival and brain function.
