Race against time: bringing Hospital-Level heart rescue to the street

NCT ID NCT07374289

Summary

This study is testing if starting a special advanced life support machine (called ECMO) right at the scene of a cardiac arrest is better than waiting until the patient reaches the hospital. It will compare survival and brain recovery in 90 patients. The main goal is to see if getting this treatment faster leads to better outcomes.
