First seen Jun 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at whether eccentric muscle training (lengthening muscles under load) can improve strength and exercise ability in people with heart failure and reduced pumping function. About 3 participants will try either eccentric training or standard rehab exercises. The goal is to see if this new approach is safe and more effective for building muscle and endurance.
