Summary
This study watches 40 adults with heart failure to see how SGLT2 inhibitors affect their body's energy use and blood markers. Participants do a walking test, a leg MRI, and give blood samples before and after starting the drug. The goal is to understand the early metabolic changes, not to test a new treatment.
