First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding ear acupressure (sticking tiny seeds on ear points) to standard IVF care can help women aged 20-45 feel less anxious, sleep better, and possibly improve pregnancy rates. Participants will either receive standard medication alone or standard medication plus ear acupressure for 4 weeks after embryo transfer. The study measures anxiety, depression, sleep quality, and pregnancy outcomes.
