Summary

This study tests whether combining breathing exercises with a simple mental task can improve memory, attention, and thinking in adults with heart failure. Fifty-four participants will be split into three groups: dual-task breathing training, standard breathing training, or usual care. The training lasts 8 weeks, with one supervised session per week and four sessions done at home via video calls.
