Could a Cannabis-Derived drug replace opioids after knee surgery?

Summary
This study tests whether dronabinol, a drug made from cannabis, can help control pain after knee arthroscopy. About 30 adults will take part to see if it reduces the need for opioid painkillers and causes fewer side effects. The results will help decide if larger studies are needed.
