What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
Multidimensional Sleep Health Promotion Intervention (behavioral program including sleep hygiene education, goal setting, coaching, and Fitbit self-monitoring)
What this could lead to
If successful, this could point toward a practical, non-drug way for couples to improve sleep and lower blood pressure together.
What could go wrong
This is a very small pilot study with no control group, so results may not be reliable or generalizable. The intervention is behavioral and may not work for everyone.
