Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app designed to help people recover from knee or hip replacement surgery. The app uses digital therapy techniques and coach support to help patients manage anxiety, depression, and pain. Researchers want to see if using the app can help patients use fewer opioid painkillers and recover better after their operation.
