First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looked at whether digital services like smartphone apps can help people with psychosomatic disorders continue their treatment during the COVID-19 pandemic, when social distancing and hygiene rules limit in-person therapy. About 2000 patients from clinics took part, using online questionnaires to share their experiences. The goal was to understand how well digital tools work and how they can be used to support recovery and return to normal life.
