First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looked at how digital services like smartphone apps can help people with psychosomatic disorders continue their treatment during the COVID-19 pandemic, when social distancing and hygiene rules limited in-person therapy. Researchers surveyed 2000 patients before they started treatment to understand their interest in digital tools and how well these tools work. The goal was to find ways to support patients' recovery and return to normal life, even during a crisis.
