Heart failure patients may boost fitness with online lifestyle program

Summary

This study tests whether a 6-month digital lifestyle education program can improve exercise capacity and quality of life in adults with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) who are overweight or obese. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the digital program plus usual care or usual care alone. The program includes weekly short videos on exercise, Mediterranean diet, and stress management. The study will measure changes in oxygen use during exercise, heart function, weight, and quality of life.
