Summary
This study tests if a digital cognitive behavioral therapy program can reduce insomnia in people with multiple sclerosis. 550 participants in Norway will either receive the online therapy or digital education about sleep. The goal is to see if the therapy improves sleep, fatigue, mood, and thinking problems.
