Summary
This study tested whether a special dietary supplement could help heal foot ulcers in people with diabetes and prevent amputations. It included 35 adults with diabetes and a foot ulcer who were already using the supplement at home. Researchers tracked wound healing and amputation rates over 6 weeks.
