Summary
This study observed 35 people with diabetes who had serious foot ulcers and were at risk of amputation. Researchers tracked whether taking specific daily dietary supplements helped their wounds fully heal and prevented the need for foot or leg amputation. The study monitored patients in their own homes over 6 weeks to see real-world results.
