Summary
This study tests whether group nutrition education based on Brazil's dietary guidelines can help overweight adults eat better and lose weight. Sixty participants will attend monthly group sessions or receive individual counseling. Researchers will compare diet quality, BMI, and waist measurements to see if group classes work as well as one-on-one advice.
