Summary
This study tests a culturally and language-adapted internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (i-CBT) for Farsi/Dari-speaking youth migrants and refugees aged 15-29. The goal is to reduce symptoms of common mental health problems like anxiety, depression, and stress. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive the therapy or be in a control group, and their progress will be tracked over 6-10 weeks.
