Summary

This early-phase trial tested a new treatment called CTX131 for adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses donor immune cells that are gene-edited to target a protein called CD70 found on cancer cells. The study enrolled 19 people with several cancer types to check safety and whether the tumors shrink.
