Freeze and fight: new combo tackles tough breast cancer

Summary
This early-phase trial tests whether freezing a tumor (cryoablation) can boost the immune system's response to the drug pembrolizumab in people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer. About 30 participants will either receive the combination or pembrolizumab alone. The goal is to see if the freezing technique helps the immune system fight the cancer more effectively.
