Summary
This study will follow 10,000 adults with obesity across 50 hospitals in China to see what treatments doctors actually use and how patients respond. Participants will get routine weight-loss care, and researchers will collect health data like weight, blood tests, and liver scans at 6 and 12 months. The goal is to understand current treatment patterns, not to test a new drug or cure.
