Summary

This study looks at whether adding core muscle exercises (like Pilates) to standard cardiac rehab helps people recovering from heart attacks or heart failure. Sixty adults will be split into three groups: core training only, aerobic exercise only, or both combined. The goal is to see which approach is safest and best improves fitness, balance, and quality of life.
