Summary
This study tests a web-based program called Confident Moves designed to help adults with obesity increase their physical activity and improve overall health. About 348 adults aged 18-64 with a BMI of 25 or higher will be enrolled. Participants will use an online platform with self-paced learning activities to build confidence and skills for daily activity, and their progress will be compared to those receiving standard obesity care alone.
