This study tested whether cognitive rehabilitation using immersive virtual reality or computer-based brain games could improve thinking skills in people with mild cognitive impairment from Parkinson's or Huntington's disease. 64 participants were randomly assigned to one of three groups: virtual reality, computer stimulation, or music therapy. The goal was to see if these non-drug approaches could delay worsening of memory and thinking.
